Many of the ingredients can be found in your garden and all of them will be locally found in your local Coop or Whole Foods Market Store.

Many of my clients experience digestive issues and they are not sure what to eat. Using these soup recipes has allowed them to enjoy nutrient rich foods that feel good to them and doesn't give them bloating, gas or other digestive upset.

All of the ingredients used are gluten free, mostly dairy free (which coconut milk can be substituted) no corn, soy or sugar is used.
